About Us

With over 25 years of experience in the wellbeing sector, I specialise in supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging transitions. My background spans Child Protection, Disability Services Case Management, and wellbeing roles in both Primary and Secondary Education. I’ve also worked extensively in the Non-Profit sector, supporting children and families through early intervention and community-based programs.

I have a strong focus on working with NDIS participants and adolescents who are disengaged from school, helping them to build confidence, develop life skills, and reconnect with meaningful education or community pathways. My approach is always client-centered—working alongside individuals to achieve their personal goals and live more independent, fulfilling lives.

As a parent of four, including two sons with Autism (ASD), I understand firsthand the daily challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and their families. This lived experience drives my commitment to creating supportive, understanding, and empowering environments for every client I work with. I have vast experience working with adolescents and families to understand social and community issues and how to properly engage in activities for clients.

We work with the whole person

Often people living with a disability are experiencing many different issues in their life in addition to their disability, for example discrimination, access issues, isolation and ongoing mental health issues.

Our team works with YOU in your current situation, walking through the issues you are experiencing and meeting you where you are at. Effective counselling needs to address the range of issues you are experiencing, which is what we do.
